To install Nokia Mobile Internet Toolkit on your windows 7/8/8.1/10 PC, You need to install JRE1.3. first supporting your OS(32bit or 64bit).
STEP 1:
you can download it(jre1.3.1.20 -64bit version) from:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/psqy0rmy7hvpon3/j2re-1_3_1_20-windows-i586.exe?dl=0
you can download 32bit version from oracle website directly.(but they will need an account for giving you that .exe file. So create your account there and after creating, log in from that account your download will be started..)
STEP 2:
after downloading JRE1.3 download nokia mobile internet toolkit from below link:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/cadpvtkrl34ivhv/Nokia%20kit%203.1.exe?dl=0
Note:Always run it with administrator permissions so search "Mobile internet toolkit" on your pc and go to peoperties of nokia toolkit by right clicking icon-->press yes.
It will show you error like it is outdated. please click "Register later or already registerd".
